The "Download Both" option is the simplest method as it merges both CVAR and MD5 lists into one file (pbsvuser.cfg) that PB executes when loading.
Once saved, upload the pbsvuser.cfg to your servers root PB folder (same folder as pbsv.cfg) then restart PB or the server.
This option makes updating your servers CVAR and MD5 lists very simple.
